SCRAP PDX is Portland's creative reuse center and is now offering workshops for adults and families! The studio style workshops emphasize the importance of reuse on a creative platform. These workshops focus on new areas of useful crafts and adaptable techniques while participants are introduced to sustainable practices that coincide with creative lifestyles.

Crafternoon! - Bookbinding

Tuesday, March 7, 4 - 6 p.m. ($10 per person) Register Here. This bookmaking workshop will introduce you to building your own books with reused materials. We will bind together paper scraps of different weights, textures, and materials, like wallpaper and fabric, all into one book. 

WORKSHOP - PAPER JEWELRY

Saturday, March 11, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. ($15 per person) Register Here. Learn how to make beads and jewelry from paper.

Crafternoon! - Stencil Screen Printing

Tuesday, March 21, 4 - 6 p.m. ($12 per person) Register Here. This fun, easy technique let you make limited edition prints while getting familiar with screen printing materials! You will learn the fundamentals of stencil making, how to use a silkscreen, and how to pull a print.
